Dear Lighting Friends,

We're back for 2024 and once again at our new home The Phoenix Arts Club, London

We'd like to invite you to join us for the usual afternoon of festivities, great company, a chance to catch up with friends and meet new industry faces. 

So, welcome to The Lighting Lunch 2024, Monday 16th December, 12:30 > 18:00,  at The Phoenix Arts Club, 1 Phoenix Street, London WC2H 8BU **

12:30 > 13:30                Welcome drinks
13:30 > 15:00                Buffet lunch
15:00 > 15:30                Speeches
15:30 > 18:00                Drinks, entertainment and Christmas festivities.

We are strictly limited to 150 places this year.  The venue is however ours into the evening so while the official event finishes at 18:00, you are welcome to stay and invite others over after the speeches and into the evening!

This year we would like to encourage new faces to join us, so we ask corporates if they could consider including in their booking for someone who hasn't attended before; someone new into the industry, or just making their first steps, we welcome all!  Please do share the invite!

Closing date for tickets is 17:00 on Monday 9th December.   For the habitual late bookers we will endeavour to send plenty of reminders!!!

We look forward to welcoming you and we hope you will join us once again (students, veterans, everyone welcome) and we hope manufacturers/suppliers will continue to support the event with their generous sponsorship of the bar.

** The Phoenix Arts Club is in a basement under the Phoenix Theatre with no lift access, anyone with any concerns over accessibility please contact us prior to booking.
